Riders, Sliders & Skidders - 18th August 2018


A bit dull for Saturdays' Ride & Skid It Speedway Experience Day, but not bad for photography and it brightened up in the afternoon. Another full house, with a mix of novice and experienced riders including an ex pro speedway rider. Jack retired from the sport 10yrs ago and he gave it a good go. Even better I got some good photos of him doing his stuff.

The cones, learning to slide, what every rider hopes to achieve but unfortunately not many do; it's harder than it looks! Aidan, Adam & Les make it look easy.

Sessions 3 & 4

Learning the correct line to take on the track and then the "mad hour" when the learning is put into practice. Beware the top bend it likes to trap the unwary rider!
