Saturdays Ride & Skid It Speedway Experience Day was held in an incessant drizzle during the morning that soaked everyone including yours truly; I was glad I'd brought two weatherproof jackets. The 1st afternoon session started off in rain but that abated and most of the afternoon sessions wasn't too bad until the last ten or 15 mins.

Trying to keep the rain off the lens is a bit of a trial and I think I failed miserably as some of the shots look like they were taken in a mist! Not brilliant but they look atmospheric if nothing else.

As with the previous session there wasn't a full house with only nine riders as quite a few cancelled at the last minute; they must have seen the weather forecast!!

The highlight of the day for me was Dean Felton and his Weslake 500cc vintage speedway bike, with Aidan & Adam both having a ride; boys n their toys!
